Distance Sales Agreement

Current status: CookedCV is currently entirely free and no paid product or service is sold through the Platform. No distance sales relationship is therefore in place at this time.
Should paid plans be offered in the future, the following principles will apply under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Parties and subject matter
This agreement governs the reciprocal rights and obligations between the service provider and the consumer purchasing the service, in relation to a digital service supplied electronically.
2. Nature of the service
The service offered is digital content / a digital service performed instantly in an electronic environment.
3. Payment
Payments are collected securely through licensed payment institutions. Your card details are not stored by CookedCV.
4. Right of withdrawal

5. Entry into force
These provisions take effect at the moment a paid service is purchased.
