Cancellation & Refunds

Current status: CookedCV is currently entirely free. Since no payment is taken, there is nothing to cancel or refund.
Should paid plans be offered in the future, the following conditions will apply.
1. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun for digital content performed instantly in an electronic environment and delivered instantly to the consumer.
2. Refund requests
If a technical fault prevented you from using the service, you may write to destek@cookedcv.xyz within 14 days of purchase. Your request will be reviewed and, if upheld, the payment will be refunded through the same payment method.
3. Refund period
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval at the latest. How long the amount takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
4. Cancelling a subscription
If a subscription plan is offered, you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
