1. What the service is
CookedCV is a platform offering AI-powered CV analysis and CV improvement tools. The service is currently provided free of charge.
2. Conditions of use
- You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
- You may upload only CVs that belong to you or that you have the right to use.
- Sending excessive requests through automated tools (bots, scripts), attempting to disrupt the service, or trying to circumvent security measures is prohibited.
- Processing another person's personal data through the Platform without their permission is prohibited.
3. Disclaimer regarding AI output
The analysis, scores and suggestions on the Platform are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. They are not a substitute for professional career, legal or recruitment advice. Verifying the accuracy of the generated CV content is the user's responsibility. No guarantee is given as to the outcome of any job application.
4. Intellectual property
The CV content you upload belongs to you. The design, code and brand of the Platform belong to CookedCV.
5. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We reserve the right to interrupt, maintain or discontinue it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.
